Dough 62%: Wheat flour, water, vegetable fats and oils, extra virgin olive oil (2.5%), corn starch, salt, sugar.
Filling 38%: Spinach (42%), Εndives (25%), leeks (8%), spring onion (8%), radishes (4%), breadcrumbs (corn flour, yeast, water, sugar, vegetable oils, salt, vinegar, flour treatment agents (fatty acid mono and diglycerides, stearyl-2-lactylate Sodium, anti-oxidant: ascorbic acid) gluten, acidity regulator: sodium acetate, preservatives: calcium propionate, sorbic acid, wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil (2%), modified potato starch, salt, parsley, dill, black pepper.

The product contains wheat (gluten) and is produced in a sesame processing area.
