Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 kg potatoes cut in four
  • 2 onions cut in rings
  • 4 garlic cloves, thickly cut
  • 1 green, 1 yellow, 1 red pepper cut in rings
  • 2 tomatoes cut in thick slices
  • 1 small coffee cup of semi-sweet, Moscato wine or dry white wine
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Juice from two lemons
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • a little olive oil
  • 200 gr CHARALAMBIDES CHRISTIS Kefalotyri chopped in cubes
  • a little water

 

Method:

Place all ingredients except the lemon, Kefalotyri cheese and the mustard in a casserole dish (preferably a clay one) and mix together. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 200⁰c for an hour. Mix the mustard and lemon juice together, and pour it over the food. Add the Kefalotyri cheese, cover again and cook for another half hour.
